The Porsche 911 GT3 RS can be described with words such as “extreme”, triumphant”, and “hypercar”. You may be wondering what makes this motorcar so noteworthy. Porsche has pushed the boundaries of what is possible, delivering a remarkable, one-of-a-kind, powerhouse of a vehicle. From the aerodynamic design, and powerful engine, to the lightweight construction and intentional materials, Porsche has developed the 911 GT3 RS to exceed your expectations in performance and thrills.

Performance

The performance capabilities of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS will make your heart pulse unlike ever before. As soon as you turn the ignition, the road ahead will transform into your racetrack. Porsche has used the predecessors as building blocks, honing in on potent performance attributes, to curate a vehicle unlike any other. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS features a 4.0-liter naturally aspiring engine, which is paired with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission, offering robust and swift performance. The lightweight design of this motorcar, coupled with 518 horsepower will get you from 0 to 60 in a thrilling 3 seconds.

Intentional design is found in every aspect of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Ultimate aero balance is achieved in acceleration and deceleration, by chassis geometry. Lateral dynamics are optimized due to wider performance tires, so you can corner with confidence and speed. From the cabin, you will find three driving mode switches available on the steering wheel, capable of adapting cassis control systems to the conditions you are driving in. The all-new Porsche 911 GT3 RS provides every performance feature needed for a swift, powerful, and competent motorcar.

Design

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is designed for performance, which is evident in the appearance of the exterior. Increased downforce and revised aerodynamics are optimized through the accelerator and brake pedal positioning, friction values, and automatically adjusting rear wing and front diffuser positioning that adjust to driving situations, providing optimal aerodynamic performance. The front axle features aero wishbones, which reduce turbulence, and the flow rate is up to 88 pounds at top speed.

The front of the 911 GT3 RS has a single, large center radiator in place of the front trunk. This design ensures improved aerodynamics, downforce, and brake cooling. A wide turbo body with an air intake panel significantly contributes to the aerodynamics of the GT3 RS design, while also reinforcing the athletic appearance. Airflow is optimized in every component, reducing drag coefficients with a two-piece rear section with enlarged air vents, a rear spoiler with rear ventilation, and a diffuser.

The interior of the Porsche 911 RS features leather Race-Tex upholstery in black, with red stitching and embroidery “GT3 RS” lettering. Black trim within the cabin features red inlays with a satin carbon fiber weave finish.

Technology

Four drive mode switches, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), and Traction Control (TC) provide an interactive and seamless connection between the driver and your vehicle, at the touch of a button on your steering wheel. With the Porsche Track Precision App, you can measure, evaluate, and improve your performance from your smartphone.

Porsche Connect is integrated into every Porsche 911 GT3 RS with a 10.9-inch touchscreen, providing services and My Porsche App connectivity. You will be able to synchronize destinations and calendars with your Porsche, plan trips with real-time traffic information, and use connectivity services. For an immersive audio experience, a sound plus package, or optional BOSE® Surround Sound System will enable each speaker to be individualized to the driver.
