Design

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is designed for performance, which is evident in the appearance of the exterior. Increased downforce and revised aerodynamics are optimized through the accelerator and brake pedal positioning, friction values, and automatically adjusting rear wing and front diffuser positioning that adjust to driving situations, providing optimal aerodynamic performance. The front axle features aero wishbones, which reduce turbulence, and the flow rate is up to 88 pounds at top speed.

The front of the 911 GT3 RS has a single, large center radiator in place of the front trunk. This design ensures improved aerodynamics, downforce, and brake cooling. A wide turbo body with an air intake panel significantly contributes to the aerodynamics of the GT3 RS design, while also reinforcing the athletic appearance. Airflow is optimized in every component, reducing drag coefficients with a two-piece rear section with enlarged air vents, a rear spoiler with rear ventilation, and a diffuser.

The interior of the Porsche 911 RS features leather Race-Tex upholstery in black, with red stitching and embroidery “GT3 RS” lettering. Black trim within the cabin features red inlays with a satin carbon fiber weave finish.
