I've purchased two Porsche's from these folks and will continue to do so. The service and professionalism is top notch. Faced with a delivery foul-up (it's not the old Fed-Ex) Service Manager James Purpura performed a bit of magic and was able to accommodate my scheduled appointment. The waiting area at the dealership is very comfortable, all the staff were very friendly and focused on customer service.
We recently bought a used Infiniti at this location. We weren’t there to buy an expensive vehicle but were treated as though we were. From the moment we walked in, did our deal with Diego (so kind and helpful), to driving off the lot - we experienced incredible kindness and professionalism. The service department at Porsche of Austin new facility is a state of art! They have a second floor waiting room with ceiling to floor windows that you can watch the technician working on your Porsche on the first floor. Unbelievable! The amenities in the waiting room is top notch with a real espresso machine and a barista to serve you! The pastries are fantastic! My service consultant, Jay Halili is the most knowledgeable and professional consultant I’ve ever had and friendly! He is the best! I highly recommend Porsche of Austin for all your Porsche service needs!

I was actually about to walk out until Anthony Vincent walked up he was great! I was a bit intimidated since it has been quite some time since I bought a car. But, Anthony made my car buying experience comfortable and smooth. He is very personable I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a salesman! Brant in finance was also very informative and helpful during the closing process. If your looking for an overall pleasant experience Anthony is your guy!

Worked with Nick Gentile on an out of state deal for a hard to find used vehicle in their inventory. Nick was accommodating to my requests for pictures, reports, and helped facilitate a third party inspection and enclosed transport. Was very nervous about the whole process being over text and email, but he delivered and I'm very happy with how everything worked out, especially in the wake of their having a huge snow storm after we finalized a deal. Last year, I took my Porsche to Morespeed for service. It was more expensive and I’m not sure that inspected everything as they should. No commUnication about the car. Jordan was very helpful when I brought my 911 Turbo in for service. The price was lower than quoted and ready earlier than expected. Had a great experience buying our new Cayenne. Sales agent Amber was awesome! She knows her product, helped us find the exact car for us and made the whole process fun. The finance process was quick and efficient and not long ago I had the misfortune of hitting something on the road and ruining a tire and the service department got me in quick and replaced the tire while I waited.
Salesman, Alex, was wonderful. Very helpful and patient. He has a great attitude and is willing to stick with you through vehicle after vehicle until you find the perfect one!

Have been servicing my 911 at this dealership since 2014. They have continuously improved all aspects of their service to the point I would rate them as best in ATX. Most recently had my car serviced and required new tires. They quickly contacted me and took ownership for premature wear. They admitted to having a bad alignment over 12 months before and replaced my tires. Honesty Ian’s transparency is hard to find. I applaud their values.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Porsche Macan and traded my 911 Carrera 4S, I missed my 911 sooo much this dealership resold me my 911 at the same price they gave me for trade-in with the exception of necessary fees. I was dreading the service diagnosis. The car was failing to start, even after being driven a while, and in the past I have been stung for either a new battery, or alternator, or starter motor, or any combination of the above. Porsche Austin asked if they could study the problem for 2 or 3 days and sorted it out. The problem was on my side on how I drove the car and how often, and they sent me on my way with no charge for the diagnosis / service / battery charge. About 3 pm on a Saturday, my low pressure tire light came on. I was driving to Houston Monday morning, so needed to have it checked out ASAP. I called the dealership and spoke with Shealea who immediately said, "Bring it in," knowing that I did not have an appointment. The service technicians found a nail in the tire and replaced it before 5 pm. What a comfort to know my trip to Houston would be safe.
Took my car in for 3 recalls and an oil change. My appointment was booked 5 weeks out to be able to have a loaner car but service was done in 1 day, research completed for recalls and car washed when I picked it up. Very happy with this service appointment.
